A "how-to" illustration created for Adobe Illustrator CS6 showing some of the new features of CS6. This "how-to" was bundled with every copy of CS6 and also celebrates the 25th anniversary of Illustrator.

[ Link ] A link to Adobe's site if you're interested in seeing how some of this image is created. If I have the time, I might put a tutorial in the next publication of the Illustrator WOW! book series.

Congrats on the DD, and nice piece! Call me crazy, but the way she looks to be pleasuring herself with her long hair is strangely appealing too...

The anatomy of this is really awkward in a lot of ways. For one, her breasts are far too low on her chest. Her head is very tiny for her body, and looks even tinier thanks to her really long neck. Her shoulders look really slouched/melted and cause her arms to look oddly connected to her body. Her hip also juts funny and creates an awkward bend, which messes a bit with the flow of the picture.

However, I love the patterns used and those little angels C: The colors used are also very nice~ And the little door is done very well, too!

Well, maybe you have never seen the original Birth of Venus... because Venus, in the original paiting, has exactly the same anatomy that this. He changed a lot of things here, such has the environment, the hair colour, amongst other details. If he changed the anatomy too, it would be unrecognizable. Anyway, I think the anamoty is very pleasant on this rebirth, it looks kind of funny. In the original one, the purpose was to be realistic, so... it kind of fails.
